Refund policy
Please Read Before Ordering As an online boutique, all of our products are sourced and shipped directly from our suppliers. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original packaging with tags still attached
- Free of perfume, deodorant, or any stains
To start a return, email us at brandibarton1978@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Intimates, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery
Refunds Once your return is approved and the item is received by our supplier, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will work with our supplier to send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required in most cases.
Order Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, as items are sent to our supplier for fulfillment shortly after. Once an order is in processing, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local post office or file a claim with the carrier. We will do our best to assist you.
